Nuestra aplicación proporciona un chatbot con inteligencia artificial con el que puede interactuar. El contenido que usted ingresa en el chat (por ejemplo, preguntas, mensajes, descripciones) se transmite al servicio "Claude" operado por Anthropic PBC, 548 Market St, Suite 94043, San Francisco, CA 94104, EE. UU. para responder a sus solicitudes.

Datos procesados:

• Entradas de texto en el chat
• Datos de contexto como idioma, versión de la aplicación, tipo de dispositivo (si es técnicamente necesario)
• ID de usuario anónimo o pseudónimo (solo si se transmite)

• Generación de respuestas automáticas
• Mejora de la experiencia del usuario

Base legal:

Transferencia de datos a terceros países:

Almacenamiento y eliminación:

• Retirar el consentimiento en cualquier momento. Los usuarios tienen derecho a retirar el consentimiento cuando previamente hayan dado su consentimiento para el tratamiento de sus datos personales.
• Oponerse al tratamiento de sus datos. Los usuarios tienen derecho a oponerse al tratamiento de sus datos si el tratamiento se realiza sobre una base jurídica distinta del consentimiento.
• Accede a sus datos. Los usuarios tienen derecho a conocer si los datos están siendo tratados por el prestador, a obtener información sobre determinados aspectos del tratamiento y a obtener una copia de los datos objeto de tratamiento.
• Verificar y buscar rectificación. Los usuarios tienen derecho a verificar la exactitud de sus datos y solicitar su actualización o corrección.
